Lucy's Cookies:
These are one of my favorite allergy-free cookies. They are made in a dedicated bakery so there is no cross-contamination. There are four different kinds. They are all very crispy and delicious.
These are my favorite!
Ingredients: (All ingredients are from natural sources)
Dr. Lucy’s Flour Blend (gluten-free oat, garbanzo, potato starch, tapioca, sorghum and fava flours), evaporated cane juice*, vegan chocolate chips, gluten-free rolled oats, soy milk*, brown sugar*, soybean oil*, palm fruit oil*, canola oil*, olive oil*, filtered water, flavoring and citric acid from corn, crushed soy beans*, soy lecithin*, non-dairy lactic acid, beta carotene, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract*, salt, xanthan gum, calcium carbonate, annatto extract color, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, methylcellulose.
Second favorite! These taste strongly of cinnamon. It is not your boring average cinnamon cookie.

All cookies are certified as gluten free, vegan and Kosher Pareve.
Note: These cookies are on the expensive side. There is a place on the Lucy's website where you can type in your zipcode and find the grocery store closest you that carries them. Navan is the cheapest I have found them; although you can buy them at Amazon online in bulk if you have space.
This cookies were created by a doctor who was the mother of a child with food allergies. She has her own blog with lots of allergy-free recipes, so make sure to check it out HERE.

Enjoy Life:
These are my favorite soft-baked cookies if you are not a huge fan of crunchy cookies. These cookies are also made in a dedicated bakery so there is no risk of cross-contamination. They are gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, tree-nut free, soy free, egg free and casein-free foods. On contacting the factory, I was told by a representative that all of their foods are yeast-free except for their bagels.
Here are the types of soft-baked cookies available:
They also have come out with a new crunchy cookie line of products which I have not tried:
They also have cereal granolas, snack bars, bagels (contain yeast), trail mixes, chocolate for baking and chocolate bars. You can check that out HERE. This food company also has their own Blog.

Simply Lite Chocolate:
I found this chocolate bar at my local Trader's Joe and then ordered it off Amazon.com. The dark chocolate or the dark chocolate with the almonds are the only ones that I felt safe trying because of the milk allergy. They are delicious and sugar-free. They are advertised as gluten-free and sugar-free. Here are the ingredients: Maltitol, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Almonds, Inulin (natural vegetable fiber), Soy Lecithin, Natural Vanilla, Cinnamon.
At first I was not sure about the cocoa butter but it is dairy free.
Cocoa butter: also called theobroma oil or theobroma cacao, is a pale-yellow, pure edible vegetable fat extracted from the cocoa bean. It is used to make chocolate, biscuits, baked goods, pharmaceuticals, ointments, and toiletries. Cocoa butter has a mild chocolate flavor and aroma.
So feel free to try these. They are so yummy!
WARNING: These chocolates are processed on equipment that processes allergens. So if you have severe food allergies or an over-sensitive stomach, this would not be recommended.
