Allergy-Free Taco Salad

Quick and Easy Dinner Everyone Is Sure To Love!!

Ingredients:
1 pound turkey meat (you can use hamburger meat if you want to cut out the healthy part)
1 bag of Spinach
1 can of tomatoes and chives (or you can use fresh cut tomatoes)
1 minced red pepper
1/2 chopped onion (or add onion to taste)
Freshly ground pepper (season to your taste)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon unrefined sea salt (you can use regular salt but I like the sea salt better)
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1.5 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons chili powder
Dash of cayenne pepper (if you like spicy, you can add more but this pepper is very potent)

This is how easy it is:
Mix all spices together.  Put your meat of choice in a skillet over medium-high heat.  Once you get it separated and it starts to brown, add the spices, mushrooms and red onion.  Serve on top of Spinach and add the tomato and chives on top. Most taco sauces are allergy-safe but be sure to check the ingredients if you add that too.

To make a regular taco:
Make everything the same and wrap it up in a corn tortilla.  I like the tortillas after I have fried them in some oil in the skillet.

Enjoy!!!!
